Tournament Rules & Regulations

FAQ:
  1. What is the format of the tournament? Padel 4 Good is a mixed doubles team event designed to celebrate not only padel skills, but also teamwork, creativity, and company spirit.

    Teams can consist of 2 to 4 players, with 2 players on the court at any given time. A variety of team combinations are welcome, including:

    • Male + Male (M + M)
    • Male + Female (M + F)
    • Female + Female (F + F)

    The tournament follows a decathlon-style challenge, where points are earned both on and off the court. Teams compete in padel matches while also taking part in fun challenges that reward participation, creativity, team spirit, and company engagement.

    While different team combinations will face each other throughout the event, the emphasis is on fair play, good sportsmanship, and mutual respect. We encourage all participants to be considerate of their opponents and help create a positive, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

    Padel 4 Good is about coming together for a great cause, enjoying some friendly competition, and making lasting connections both on and off the court.

  2. What is the minimum age requirement to participate in Padel 4 Good ?
    Participants must be 18 years or older to take part in Padel 4 Good.

How to Earn Points

    • On-Court Performance:
      • Group Stage Win: 1 point per win
      • Round of 16 Win: 2 points per win
      • Quarterfinal Win: 3 points per win
      • Semifinal Win: 5 points per win
      • Finalist (2nd Place): 7 points
      • Tournament Winner: 10 points
    • Off-Court Challenges:
      • Team Spirit Award: Show great sportsmanship, cheer on other teams, and have fun!
      • Most Creative Outfit: Bring your best costumes and crazy themes!
      • Best Supporters: Fans can help by cheering loud and proud—the most energetic group wins.

    The team with the most points at the end of the tournament will be crowned the All-Around Company Champion, earning bragging rights and a special prize!

  2. 3. Do I need to bring my own Padel equipment

    You can bring your own gear or rent equipment at Epic Padel.

    Yes, there are categories for all skill levels:
    • Level 5 | Beginner: Ideal for players who are new to padel or have limited playing experience.
    • Level 4 | Recreational: Suitable for players who play occassionally and are comfortable with the fundamentals.
    • Level 3 | Intermediate: For more experienced players looking for a competitive challenge.
    • Level 1 & 2 | Advanced/Competitive: Our highest level, reserved for experienced and highly competitive players.

    The organization reserves the right to reassign teams to a different category based on skill level. For example, a team with a beginner and intermediate player should compete in the intermediate category.

  5. 7. Are food and beverages from outside allowed?
    Since it’s a fundraising event, outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, we offer a variety of delicious food and a fully stocked bar on-site.
