The child care worker is responsible for the daily care, development and care of a group of children. Other responsibilities, the child care worker is:
- Responsible for supervision of children in both group and individual basis.
- Responsible for the daily care of the children.
- Responsible for the development of the children.
- Responsible for a good communication and sharing information about children and work with parents and colleagues.
- Responsible to keep the building and the material clean and available.

Job requirements for the Child care worker:
- Minimal qualification: SPW 4 (Sociaal Pedagogisch Werk level 4) and/or equivalent degree in child development or early childhood education
- Speaking of Dutch and multiple languages is a plus. (English, Papiamentu)
- Good communicative skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
- Wide deployment, stress resistance, accuracy and collegiality
- Structured work ethic
